Sequoia | Medium Roast | Single Origin | Ethiopia
You expect coffee. What you get is something closer to fruit and flowers in a cup — clean, bright, and smooth from the very first sip.
Sequoia is grown in the Ethiopian highlands at nearly 6,000 feet, sun-dried the old-fashioned way on raised beds, and roasted medium to let the bean do the talking. The result is a coffee that tastes like lemony sweetness, ripe strawberry, and fresh cream — with none of the bitterness that ruins a good morning.
The aroma alone is worth it.
This is what specialty coffee is supposed to be. Not complicated. Not pretentious. Just a genuinely great cup that makes you look forward to waking up.
We named it Sequoia for a reason. When President Benjamin Harrison signed Sequoia into law as a National Park in 1890, he was making a statement: some things are worth protecting exactly as they are. The ancient sequoias had stood for thousands of years — not because of anything they did, but because of what they simply are. Untouched. Enduring. The real thing.
That's the standard we hold ourselves to. Small batches. Fresh to order. Consistent every time.
