The Colorado Rocky Mountains. I couldn't wait to get up there to see the elk Papaw told us about. We stayed in a cabin on the edge of a stream and I was convinced that there was gold in that stream. It was such a beautiful place. Coffee beans from Latin America tend to have a very distinct set of flavors and textures, depending on their roast. They're often grown at high altitudes in rich, volcanic soil, which gives them brightness and sweetness. Their acidity is usually high, with a light body and there's often a sweetness and tanginess accompanying these coffees.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTasting Notes:\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003eSweet and round. Dark chocolate, ripe orange, black cherry, walnut, a hint of narcissus-like flowers in aroma and cup. Lightly syrupy mouth feel; walnut and chocolate carry into a deep though drying finish.
